Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts including MSAs, SOWs, and quality agreements.
- Advise on legal and regulatory risks such as GMP, data privacy, and competition, proposing mitigation strategies.
- Develop long-term legal strategies, templates, and training to elevate compliance and commercial acumen across regions.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and membership in at least one state bar.
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in corporate law or in-house, with expertise in CDMO and life sciences.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and executive communication skills with experience in matrixed global environments.
