Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel on government and commercial contracting matters, focusing on federal and state healthcare programs.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of contracts including master services agreements, statements of work, and NDAs.
- Support the full lifecycle of government contracts and advise on regulatory risks.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree and active bar membership with 5-7 years of experience in law firm, in-house, or government settings.
- Significant experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, preferably in healthcare or government contracting.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills to translate legal concepts into actionable business advice.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base compensation ranges from $128,000 to $145,000 per year along with a competitive benefits package.
