Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the review, negotiation, drafting and management of a wide range of legal agreements.
- Advise Twilio’s internal clients on contract interpretation and negotiation.
- Champion Twilio’s mission, ethics and integrity by ensuring compliance policies are in practice.
Qualifications:
- J.D. with strong academic credentials and 6+ years of commercial transactions experience.
- Experience negotiating complex technology transactions and supporting a large sales organization.
- Ability to structure, draft, and negotiate a high volume of commercial contracts.
