Accountabilities:
- Review, redline, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and software licensing agreements.
- Lead contract discussions with clients, vendors, and partners, balancing legal risk with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring accurate documentation and governance.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of contracts or legal experience with a law degree or relevant bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in SaaS, cloud services, or technology-driven commercial models.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to manage multiple contracts under tight deadlines.
