Senior Contract Manager

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review redlines of various contracts, including advanced fixed-bid agreements, master service agreements, and SaaS agreements.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Client Success teams and negotiate contracts on behalf of the Company.
• Manage and own contracts repository and templates, create new templates, and track contractual obligations.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience as a contracts manager.
• Experience drafting contracts using plain English and knowledge of contracts law and privacy law.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple contract review requests and internal legal projects.
