What You'll Be Doing:
- Reviewing and redlining contracts, resolving challenges from counterparties.
- Independently negotiating legal terms of standard commercial contracts.
- Managing contract information and enforcing processes with internal IT systems.
What We're Looking For:
- Exposure to contracts in sales and procurement environments.
- Ability to lead contract engagements and advise executive-level colleagues.
- Experience analyzing business processes for efficiencies and using enterprise tools.
Additional Details:
- Annual base salary of $100,000-130,000 CAD.
