- Negotiate agreement terms and review contractual documents.
- Ensure adherence to policy and conformance to master agreements.
- Interpret contractual terms and evaluate risk.
Stakeholder Support & Communication:
- Manage department communications and inbox oversight.
- Verify all aspects of agreements for organizational conformance.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff.
