Support customers through answering questions, processing inquiries, and troubleshooting issues related to Intellectual Property (IP) and licensing. Internally, provide timely updates on enforcement investigations and license-related matters. Ensure smooth and efficient management of intellectual property and licensing processes, leveraging excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsible for reviewing licensing files to ensure adherence to applicable regulations and internal processes. You will support and document enforcement investigations, provide timely updates on license-related matters, and escalate significant concerns to Senior Management. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our licensing framework.

Lead the enterprise applications team, with a core focus on advancing ATCC’s digital lab roadmap. Guide the transition from paper-based laboratory operations to integrated, data-driven workflows by leveraging the full capabilities of L7’s Enterprise Science Platform (ESP) specifically its LIMS, MES, and ELN modules. Oversee a blended team of onshore and offshore engineers, ensuring the successful delivery, support, and enhancement of all ESP-based laboratory systems.
