As the Director, Contracts and Legal Operations, you play a critical role within the legal department, responsible for overseeing all aspects of contracts management and legal operations, driving efficiency and alignment across the organization. You'll demonstrate extensive expertise in contracts management, commercial operations, procurement, and legal technology platforms, coupled with dynamic people management skills and a passion for mission-driven work.
Support the administration and management of a wide variety of contracts and provide support on a wide range of legal matters. Participate with project leads, partners, and counterparties to develop strategies and contract designs that meet Glydways’ goals; support day-to-day work of managing the suite of documents necessary to deliver on our projects.
