As the Director, Contracts and Legal Operations, your role within the legal department is critical, overseeing all aspects of contracts management and legal operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment. You will Manage the sales contracting lifecycle, negotiate agreements, and implement legal technology solutions like Conga CLM, enhancing operational efficiency. Developing standardized processes and collaborating with RevOps ensures smooth workflows and alignment with business objectives. You will lead the legal team's support of Procurement's vendor contracting processes, drive process improvements, and support change management strategies. Leading a remote team, you'll foster a collaborative culture. This includes working with internal stakeholders, planning team activities, and providing regular reports to inform decisions. Qualifications include 10+ years in contracts management in SaaS/eCommerce, expertise in contract negotiation, and proficiency with legal tech platforms.
