As a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will serve as a strategic technical advisor and executional lead for Rithum’s enterprise and strategic clients. You will guide integration planning, lead optimization initiatives, and provide ongoing oversight of platform performance. You will partner closely with Client Success Managers, Solution Architects, Product, and Engineering to ensure that clients receive tailored, value-driven guidance throughout their lifecycle.

As a Channel Implementation Specialist, you'll partner with Product Managers to execute feature requirements and drive their completion in product releases. You solve complex technical problems and enable clients to expand on the Rithum platform, identifying and resolving issues early. You'll build relationships with external technical contacts through timely communication, strategically supporting channels.

As the Director, Contracts and Legal Operations, you play a critical role within the legal department, responsible for overseeing all aspects of contracts management and legal operations, driving efficiency and alignment across the organization. You'll demonstrate extensive expertise in contracts management, commercial operations, procurement, and legal technology platforms, coupled with dynamic people management skills and a passion for mission-driven work.
