In-House Legal Counsel

About the Role:

• Serve as a trusted legal advisor to cross-functional teams, providing solutions-oriented guidance.
• Manage a wide range of legal matters including contracts, IP, and risk analysis.
• Support strategic growth initiatives such as M&A and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements with internal and external partners.
• Oversee intellectual property protection and coordinate with outside counsel.
• Conduct legal research and advise on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
