Draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts including content, software, professional services, and licensing agreements.
Work with junior team members to train and develop their negotiation skills.
Act as an escalation point for complex issues and ensure compliance with delivery processes.

Qualifications:

Law Degree or legally qualified with 4+ years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
Excellent attention to detail and strong commercial awareness.
Very strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
