Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements from NDAs, DPAs, and service agreements.
Work within contract management systems and client environment.
Communicate effectively with client and their stakeholders.

Requirements:

JD from accredited law school and bar admission to any state preferred.
Minimum of 2-4 years of contracts negotiation with solid drafting experience.
Excellent analytical, writing, and oral communication skills.
