Responsibilities:
- Advise management on legal and regulatory risks, including FDA regulations specific to Life Science/Pharma.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Champion process improvements for contracting and legal support to increase efficiency.
Qualifications:
- College degree and juris doctorate from accredited law school; admitted to at least one state bar.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in corporate law or in-house legal, preferably in Life Science/Pharma.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills with in-depth knowledge of FDA regulations.

- Salary range: $134,406 to $187,949 depending on experience.
