Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage master services agreements, clinical trial agreements, and other commercial contracts.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to structure transactions and resolve contractual disputes.
- Drive process improvements and coordinate with outside counsel.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from accredited law school with active bar membership.
- 5+ years experience in biotech/pharma or law firm.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- US salary range $223,735 - $312,310.
- Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, time off, and 401(k).
- Eligible for incentive plans based on performance.
