Junior Paralegal/Contracts Manager

Core Responsibilities:

• Support implementation of a Contract Management System, including developing and refining workflows for contracting processes.
• Manage contract review and performance, process standard form agreements, and track post-execution obligations.
• Oversee corporate entity management, including formation documents and state licenses.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of paralegal/contract manager experience.
• Strong ability with Microsoft Office Suite and legal contract management software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range $67,000-$90,000 per year, plus target annual bonus.
