Key Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial deal structuring and advisory, partnering with Sales and Finance to balance revenue objectives, risk, and legal considerations.
- Oversee contract negotiation and lifecycle management, ensuring efficient progression from drafting to execution and signature.
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support pricing strategy, multi-year deal structuring, and revenue optimization.
- Own and improve Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, templates, and negotiation playbooks to standardize commercial agreements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Legal Operations, Commercial Finance, Sales Operations, or related roles in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment.
- Strong financial modeling skills, including P&L analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.
- Deep understanding of SaaS contracting, revenue recognition principles, and commercial deal structuring.
- Hands-on experience with CLM platforms, eBilling tools, and contract workflow automation systems.
