Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate market access-related agreements (PBM, payer, GPO, distribution, rebate, value-based contracts).
- Provide legal guidance on pricing, reimbursement, and government pricing (Medicaid Best Price, AMP, ASP, 340B).
- Advise on patient support programs and compliance with Anti-Kickback Statute and False Claims Act.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical market access and commercial law.
- JD degree and active U.S. law license required.
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, FDCA, and PhRMA Code.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with government pricing and reporting (Medicaid Best Price, AMP, 340B, VA/FSS).
- Familiarity with value-based contracting and innovative reimbursement models.
- Understanding of payer, PBM, and distribution channel relationships.
