What You’ll Do:
- Lead population-based market access strategy, integrating payer, provider, and health system perspectives
- Architect decision maker engagement strategies that shape access across payer organizations, IDNs, and organized customers
- Translate healthcare policy, reimbursement trends, and stakeholder dynamics into strategic frameworks
Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech market access with leadership in payer strategy
- Demonstrated ability to shape access strategy across multiple stakeholder types with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in U.S. healthcare systems, including population-level decisions
