About the Role:
- Serve as a strategic leader driving enterprise account strategy and adoption across key national healthcare organizations.
- Establish the clinical and economic value of products, securing formulary inclusion.
- Partner cross-functionally to align strategy and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute enterprise-level account strategies aligned to corporate objectives.
- Influence formulary inclusion, optimize reimbursement, and ensure integration into clinical protocols and EHR workflows.
- Track and drive performance against access and adoption objectives.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of successful market access and hospital-base account management experience.
- Demonstrated success in product adoption within complex stakeholder environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep expertise in U.S. healthcare reimbursement and access dynamics.
- Strong financial and business acumen to analyze cost of care and economic impact.
- High degree of agility and resilience.
