About the Role:

  • Serve as a strategic leader driving enterprise account strategy and adoption across key national healthcare organizations.
  • Establish the clinical and economic value of products, securing formulary inclusion.
  • Partner cross-functionally to align strategy and execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute enterprise-level account strategies aligned to corporate objectives.
  • Influence formulary inclusion, optimize reimbursement, and ensure integration into clinical protocols and EHR workflows.
  • Track and drive performance against access and adoption objectives.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of successful market access and hospital-base account management experience.
  • Demonstrated success in product adoption within complex stakeholder environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep expertise in U.S. healthcare reimbursement and access dynamics.
  • Strong financial and business acumen to analyze cost of care and economic impact.
  • High degree of agility and resilience.
