This is a field-based position responsible for managing a team of Account Directors focused on gaining and maintaining broad coverage and access for Cogentβs products. They will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including regional payers, pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), MACs and state Medicaid agencies. They will collaborate extensively with internal departments and functions to incorporate customer insights into pricing, contracting and market access strategies.
