About The Role:
- Responsible for driving demand and influencing adoption of product.
- Securing hospital access through strong clinical advocacy.
- Serves as a trusted advisor to orthopedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop physician advocates who influence clinical adoption.
- Establish hospital access by navigating P&T committees.
- Collaborate with internal partners to inform strategy and execution.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of successful hospital based sales experience.
- Experience navigating Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) committees.
- Ability to travel 75%.
