Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high‑performing Account Management team supporting Cell & Gene manufacturer clients.
- Own the strategy, operating model, governance, and results of the Cell & Gene Therapy Center of Excellence within McKesson 3PL.
- Hold P&L accountability for the Cell & Gene account portfolio, including forecasting and financial performance management.
Basic Requirements:
- Experience leading account management or client‑facing teams supporting complex, high‑profile customers.
- Strong financial acumen, including pricing strategy, forecasting, and margin management.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functionally in a matrixed organization.
