Open Positions
Review sweepstakes, contests, promotions, advertising, digital content, and social media for compliance with legal requirements and client playbooks. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including marketing, agency, sponsorship, licensing, and vendor contracts. Conduct playbook-driven legal reviews, applying approved positions and escalation protocols consistently across matters.

Process, validate, and maintain large volumes of business data with high accuracy. Identify, analyze, and resolve data quality issues including duplicates, incomplete records, and inconsistencies. Generate reports and dashboards related to data quality metrics and remediation progress.
