Role Summary:
- Seeking an experienced Legal Specialist – Marketing Compliance & Commercial Contracts to support a consumer products organization.
- Ideal candidate has experience reviewing marketing materials against legal requirements and drafting commercial agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review consumer-facing materials for compliance with applicable requirements and client playbooks.
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements including marketing, agency, sponsorship, and vendor contracts.
- Conduct playbook-driven legal reviews and support updates to playbooks and templates.
Qualifications:
- J.D., LL.B., LL.M., or equivalent legal qualification with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and issue-spotting skills.
- Experience in CPG, food and beverage, retail, or consumer products strongly preferred.
