Commercial Counsel – Arity Advertising and Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Provide real-time, strategic legal counsel on product development, marketing, sales, and emerging technologies.
• Structure, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements, especially involving advertising, marketing, and data service arrangements.
• Advise on legal risk management and evolving regulatory landscapes in technology, commercial contracts, privacy, and consumer protection.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate and active bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum of 7 years of legal experience, ideally in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Expertise in commercial law, privacy, advertising/marketing law, technology, artificial intelligence, or intellectual property.

Work Environment:

• This is a remote role with travel required; preferred locations include Chicago, IL; New York, NY; or San Francisco, CA.
