Associate General Counsel, Commercial US Legal

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex commercial transactions including marketing, advertising, performance-based agreements, and strategic partnerships.
• Structure and negotiate performance-based commercial models involving revenue sharing, commissions, and attribution.
• Partner with senior leaders to develop scalable contracting processes and provide pragmatic legal advice.

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• 10+ years of legal experience with substantial commercial transactions in high-growth technology businesses.
• Strong experience in marketing, advertising, and technology transactions.
