Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and address legal and compliance risks across Product, Marketing, Commercial Operations, and more.
- Independently identify gaps in policies and drive build-out of compliance infrastructure.
- Advise on company contracts, including drafting, negotiating, and managing strategic contracts.
Requirements:
- JD and licensed to practice law in one or more US jurisdictions.
- 5+ years of experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department, ideally in life sciences.
- Experience advising commercial leaders and developing compliance processes.
