Job Description:
- Manage transactional work across all business areas, including corporate contracts, loan products, and compliance.
- Review and negotiate transactional agreements, vendor contracts, and legal documents.
- Advise on compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate required with active bar membership in any US jurisdiction.
- Minimum 3 years' residential mortgage banking experience in legal/compliance.
- Strong contract drafting, redlining, and negotiation skills.
Additional Information:

- Target base salary range of $150,000-$160,000 with annual bonus potential.
