Temporary Junior Associate Legal Counsel

Responsibilities:

• Assist with entity formation, structuring, and ongoing management of corporate entities.
• Support due diligence for M&A transactions, including document review and organization.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts such as vendor agreements, NDAs, and service agreements.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 1-3 years of legal experience, preferably in corporate law or regulatory compliance.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Remote pay range $46–$52 USD per hour.
