What You'll Do:
- Provide strategic counsel to the executive leadership team, influencing critical business decisions.
- Oversee all legal operations, including lending, special assets, bankruptcy, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and manage the legal department, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- JD from an accredited US law school and licensed to practice in SC or GA.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in law firm and in-house legal department at a financial institution.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills to manage complex priorities.
Compensation and Location:
- Salary range: USD $147,446 to $527,231 per year.
- This is a remote position, but applicants must reside in Florida or New Jersey.
- Full-time, exempt position.
