  • Review platinum files to ensure accurate rates, validate approvals, and resolve product-specific requirements before closing.
  • Serve as a key liaison between Capital Markets, Sales, Credit Risk, and Operations to identify and resolve issues impacting scheduling and compliance.
  • Assist with lock desk functions including lock requests, extensions, and modifications, and coordinate with Capital Markets on pricing exceptions.
