LBF is hiring a Legal Assistant/Paralegal for our Corporate Legal Department, reporting to the Associate Counsel- Marketing Compliance Manager. This role assists Legal by performing legal support duties, including facilitating Legal/Compliance communications, providing legal research, and assisting in marketing collateral and contract reviews.

The Wholesale Coordinator Floater supports various teams by managing a diverse portfolio of loan files, ensuring timely and accurate processing while maintaining exceptional service levels. This position requires coverage of paid time off (PTO) for Wholesale Pipeline Coordinator(s) and other Wholesale Operations positions as needed. This position also requires processing of overflow loans and other duties and/or mortgage or company related tasks as assigned by management.

LBF is seeking a Retail Processing Manager to supervise Processors and Junior Processors, ensuring quality processing of loan files according to regulations. The role involves managing a team, ensuring compliance, training, and acting as a liaison between departments and external parties, all while improving processes and maintaining a positive team environment.

Longbridge is adding to its dynamic Underwriting team. As a Reverse Mortgage DE Underwriter, you will underwrite files, make timely decisions, and ensure loan quality. Responsibilities include reviewing loan documentation, communicating requirements, and maintaining quality control standards.
