Process applications for CTC submission to underwriting and clear loan conditions for final approval to submit to closing. Work with partners, loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, closers, AMC’s and title companies to obtain conditions. Reviewing and uploading file documentation into LOS and accurately clearing applicable loan conditions.
