The Sales Coordinator performs a variety of duties to assist the National Field Sales Team (NFS) with the goal to increase efficiency and quality by removing obstacles standing in the way of higher production, including communicating with borrowers and assisting with proposals/applications. They will arrange and coordinate local meetings and events, as well as, maintain databases of clients and/or referral partners via SalesForce.
Support both the daily functions and tactical responsibilities of the Human Resources (HR) department, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a positive workplace culture. Assist in recruitment and onboarding, benefits, compensation, leave administration, act as the primary backup to payroll, employee relations, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and other initiatives to promote organizational effectiveness.
