Role:
- Create sales opportunities for the Retail Sales team.
- Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls to potential customers.
- Meet business defined metrics of production.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify customers according to program guidelines.
- Transfer interested and qualified customers to the sales team and create appointments.
- Update the Sales CRM with notes of each transaction.
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills and customer service background.
- Understanding of the reverse mortgage product and mortgage industry knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills.
