Corporate Counsel

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including software licensing and SaaS agreements.
• Provide legal guidance to Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to ensure compliance.
• Assist in developing corporate policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and bar admission.
• 2-4 years of experience in contract law, commercial transactions, and intellectual property.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills with attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range $250,000 - $300,000 plus bonus and stock options.
