Overview:
- The Proposal Engineer reviews, assesses, and delivers professional services proposals alongside the NICE sales organization.
- This role engages at early deal stages and promotes NICE's Professional Services offerings across the Americas.
- The Specialist reports to the Director of Services Solutions and collaborates with various teams to close deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creates and modifies pricing quotes based on solution design, RFPs, and scope documents.
- Acts as a pricing gatekeeper, optimizing prices and providing discount guidance for deals.
- Monitors professional services renewals and ensures maximum renewal revenues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years' experience writing or managing proposals for technology or consulting companies.
- Solid understanding of the sales lifecycle and strong technical orientation.
- Excellent written communication and ability to work under tight deadlines.
