Key Responsibilities:
- Lead negotiations for complex commercial agreements supporting AMPD and CDD businesses.
- Draft, review, and negotiate high-value agreements with pharmaceutical, biotech, and diagnostic partners.
- Develop contract negotiation strategies balancing business objectives and legal risk.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active bar license.
- Minimum 8+ years of combined law firm and in-house experience negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- Direct experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or CDMO contracting.
