About the Role:
- You will work across a diverse scope of legal matters, from drafting agreements to handling data protection and compliance.
- This role reports to the Associate General Counsel and is fully remote within the US.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements to support sales teams in the US and UK.
- Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice directly to colleagues at all levels.
- Support data protection requests and assist in managing data compliance matters.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of legal experience with a JD and membership in good standing in at least one state bar.
- Ability to provide practical legal advice and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with US and UK commercial matters preferred; payment industry or privacy expertise is a plus.
