What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing OKX's global IP portfolio and advising marketing teams on campaigns and advertising.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts such as sponsorship, vendor, and revenue agreements.
- Partnering with regulatory teams and external counsel to ensure compliance and provide clear guidance.
What We Look For In You:
- Qualified lawyer with 7-10+ years' post-qualification experience in-house or in private practice.
- Experience advising on marketing, advertising, or brand matters, with hands-on IP portfolio management.
- Strong commercial contracts background and sound judgment on when to escalate issues.
