Advise on live deals, including secondaries, post-close issues, and consent requirements.
Handle regulatory questions across jurisdictions as the company expands.
Work with engineers and ops to turn legal decisions into automated workflows.

Requirements:

At least 4 years PQE with a strong academic background.
Commercial or corporate background, with familiarity in M&A.
Confidence in front of customers and comfort making decisions independently.
