Youβll play a hands-on role in building exceptional teams at Odin, owning hiring processes up to senior level and getting deep into the details to ensure we raise the bar with every hire. This isnβt a passive role; youβll be in the weeds with hiring managers, challenging assumptions, shaping scorecards, stress-testing job specs, asking why at every step, and helping teams make confident, high-quality decisions. Youβll keep processes moving, create brilliant candidate experiences, and bring talent expertise to every conversation.
This role is essential in driving innovation within the engineering team while maintaining the reliability and scalability of Odin's systems. The Senior Software Engineer will build and deliver new features end-to-end, drive architectural decisions, shape engineering processes, and mentor peers through technical knowledge-sharing while prioritizing delivering impactful work.
Youβll take full ownership of onboarding, becoming the go-to expert for resolving any issues - around KYC and AML checks - ensuring investments are processed smoothly and without delay. Proactively support investors and companies experiencing difficulties with Odinβs automated KYC/AML workflows and assist investors with tracing missing payments.
