About the role:
- Supports intellectual property, advertising law, and marketing legal review for LTK's global footprint.
- Manages trademark and copyright portfolio, DMCA safe harbor program, and advertising compliance.
- Builds scalable infrastructure: intake processes, decision frameworks, playbooks, and AI-assisted workflows.
How you will make an impact:
- Own trademark portfolio: prosecution, maintenance, enforcement, and budget management.
- Manage DMCA program end-to-end and train support teams on routine matters.
- Advise on advertising compliance across US and international markets, including FTC and EU regulations.
What you will bring to LTK:
- J.D. from accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 3-5 years of experience spanning IP and advertising law, with comfort across trademark, copyright, and enforcement.
- Ability to build processes, manage outside counsel, and work effectively with business teams.
