Sr. Legal Operations Specialist

Litigation Operations:

• Manage day-to-day operational support for litigation matters including holds and preservation notices.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Security, IT, and Product teams to preserve electronically stored information.
• Maintain litigation trackers, reporting, and manage outside counsel and vendors.

eDiscovery & Legal Holds:

• Administer litigation holds, custodian interviews, and data preservation processes.
• Coordinate document collections, review, and production using platforms like Relativity or Everlaw.
• Track and report on eDiscovery metrics and implement operational improvements.

Intellectual Property & Brand Protection:

• Manage trademark portfolio administration and support patent docketing and copyright registrations.
• Coordinate DMCA takedown requests and support investigations into brand misuse and infringement.
• Develop scalable workflows, build dashboards, and identify automation opportunities.
