About the role:
- You will own the data layer that makes complex litigation possible, from collection through production and quality control.
- You will work directly with Client Services pods and internally with Product and Engineering to ensure data integrity.
What you will do:
- Own data operations: Manage ingestion, processing, and production workflows across active cases.
- Own quality control: Apply systematic QC standards across all data outputs.
- Resolve complex data issues: Diagnose and resolve collection anomalies, processing failures, and metadata errors.
