About the Role:
- Support Samsara's litigation function by managing technical and procedural responses to third-party data requests.
- Collaborate with Legal, Product, Sales, IT, and Engineering teams on eDiscovery and litigation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead operational verification and execution of subpoena responses.
- Draft policies for customer data protection.
- Direct eDiscovery lifecycle including legal holds and data productions.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in data disclosure management and litigation project management.
- Experience with Stored Communications Act and data privacy frameworks.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
