Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end commercial litigation support: Drive all facets of active litigation, including discovery, briefs, witness prep, and settlements.
  • Advocate for customer data privacy: Provide counsel to resolve subpoenas and manage litigation in civil and criminal courts.
  • Mitigate risk and resolve disputes: Proactively address potential disputes while providing risk mitigation advice to business clients.

Requirements:

  • Education: J.D. from an accredited law school with active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
  • Experience: 4+ years of litigation experience in law firm, government, or corporate legal department; preference for in-house tech experience.
  • Skills: Highly proactive self-starter with ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
