Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondence, pleadings, opinion letters, and other documents.
- Review and analyze documents for relevance and privilege.
- Prepare for, attend, and summarize depositions; coordinate with witnesses.
Qualifications:
- Licensed and admitted to practice in Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa, or Missouri.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills and command of the English language.
- 2-4 years of litigation experience.
