GRSM has an immediate opening for a Litigation Attorney in its Irvine office. Ideal candidates will have 2-6 years of litigation experience in California and be highly motivated to join our Litigation Practice Group. Candidates will perform research, case investigation, draft discovery, argue motions, make court appearances, take depositions, and draft client correspondence.

Assist in complex Products Liability, Commercial General Liability, and Catastrophic Injury cases. The practice is fast paced and involves a busy research/motion practice, attending and arguing at court hearings, taking and defending depositions, and attending mediations and trials. Excellent academic background, and strong research, writing and communication skills are required.

The HR Analyst will play a key role in providing information and analysis necessary to set strategic objectives, develop compensation strategies, as well as further general HR processes. They will be a strategic business partner providing hands-on operational and strategic Human Resources support. We seek someone with a growth mindset.

Attorneys will work under the direction of the Office Managing Partner, Practice Group Leader and/or Partners in preparing matters for hearing, trial, arbitration or mediation. Duties include drafting correspondence, pleadings, opinion letters and other documents; reviewing and analyzing documents for relevance and privilege; preparing for, attending and summarizing depositions; coordinating with witnesses; communicating with clients, courts and other counsel; and drafting and arguing motions.

GRSM has immediate openings in our Detroit office for an attorney specializing in Financial Services Litigation (Commercial and Residential), Real Estate Litigation, and general Commercial Litigation. The ideal individual will have at least three years’ experience and will have graduated from the top of their law school class.
