Bad Faith Litigation Attorneys

Role Overview:

• Engage in complex litigation in both state and federal court with a focus on insurance coverage and bad faith matters.
• Handle first party property claims, UM/UIM claims, and disputes involving insurance agents and brokers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience and admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
• Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills; availability for in-person court appearances.
• Trial experience preferred; New Jersey admission a plus.
