Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate serious accidents and evaluate liability, damages, and exposure.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery, and manage cases through all phases.
- Collaborate with clients, insurers, and experienced trial counsel to develop strategy.
Qualifications:
- At least 4-6 years of experience defending commercial motor vehicle claims.
- Licensed to practice in Missouri; Illinois licensure preferred.
- Strong litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.
